Topic: How to give and receive design feedback

Design reviews and critiques are the most important meetings we have in our daily work. In this talk, I will introduce the framework and walk through how we give or respond critical feedback from cross-functional teams.

Graduated from Human-Computer Interaction and Design at University of Washington, Minjun has worked at large companies and early-stage startups, including Amazon, Wayfair, HTC, and CollegeVine. She is passionate about helping young and aspiring designers to grow and land their dream jobs, particularly designers who identify as women of color. Minjun is currently living in Seattle with her cat, and she cannot live without 3 cups of coffee everyday.
